Our Mission

AI in Corrections

We are committed to transforming the criminal justice system by addressing the unique needs of individuals with ADHD and learning disabilities. Our mission is to develop and implement advanced AI systems—NDOC.ai and TMC.ai—that will identify, treat, and rehabilitate offenders, ultimately reducing recidivism and fostering safer communities.

Every individual deserves a chance to understand their mind and make positive changes. Too often, undiagnosed and untreated neurodiverse conditions lead to misunderstandings, frustration, and, eventually, criminal behavior. We aim to intervene early, using cutting-edge technology to provide personalized support and guidance.

What We’re After

  • Rehabilitation, Not Punishment: We aim to shift the focus from punitive measures to rehabilitation, offering offenders the tools they need to reintegrate successfully into society.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Through rigorous data analysis and random sampling, we’re developing AI systems that are fair, accurate, and capable of addressing the complexities of neurodiversity.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: We are building a team of forward-thinking individuals ready to push boundaries and create something groundbreaking. We seek partners, supporters, and experts to join us in this transformative journey.
  • Community Impact: Our work is not just about developing AI; it’s about making a real difference in the lives of individuals and the communities they are a part of.

We’ve chosen Las Vegas as our base of operations, where we can collaborate with key stakeholders and drive this project forward. With your help, we believe this initiative can revolutionize corrections, not just in Nevada but across the world.
